This October, we’re celebrating the flavours of gratitude. In honour of Thanksgiving, our Pressed Promotion spotlights four fall-inspired favourites: Maple Dark Balsamic, Butter Olive Oil, Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic, and Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil.

Autumn Harvest Mocktail – Maple Sparkler

1 tbsp Maple Dark Balsamic
-
½ cup apple cider (sparkling if you have it)
- Top with soda water
- Garnish: thin apple slice & cinnamon stick
Tastes like Thanksgiving in a glass — sweet, tart, and lightly spiced. Can be spiked with a splash of bourbon for a cocktail version.

Golden Roast Veggies with Sage Butter Drizzle
Toss root veggies (carrots, parsnips, sweet potatoes) with a little Butter Olive Oil before roasting. After baking, drizzle with Wild Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil + fresh cracked pepper. Layers of buttery, earthy flavour that elevate simple roasted vegetables into a show-stopping side.

Neapolitan Herb Turkey Glaze
Whisk together:
- ¼ cup Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic

2 tbsp Butter Olive Oil
-
2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Brush over turkey (or chicken) in the last 30 minutes of roasting. Savoury, herbaceous, and a little tangy — the perfect glaze to crisp up that golden skin.
